How do I make a post or create a new forum

 

You can create a new post or I wouldn't be able to see this.

You can't create a new forum, but you can create a new thread. Just click on the "post new thread" button in the top right.

 

I don't have the Post New Thread button to click on. all I have in the top right is my User Name Inbox and Alerts.

 

You have to be in the forum view to see the button and post a thread. You can't do it from within a thread.
