Need help understanding something and how to move forward.

Hello, I should be considered clueless on how the stock market works as a whole. I have purchased stocks before and sold them afterwards to profit on the increase in price. However, I have a few different stocks that ended up amounting to nothing and need to know what to do with them.

The main one I am referencing is Creative Edge Nutrition(FITX). I have 808 shares of FTIX and I'm just not sure what to do with it now that it is a dead stock and not even traded on the market. I have a link of something I read online and could really just use some advice on how to deal with it. I would appreciate any help. Thank you in advance for your time.
