Can a U.S. citizen trade individual stocks on the Nikkei?

    Hello. I have a day trading strategy that works well for me, but I work a 9-5 EST job in the U.S. so my opportunities are few and far between. The Nikkei (Japan) trades in the evening EST, but i'm not sure if U.S. citizens can day trade individual Nikkei stocks? If so, can anyone recommend a trusted online broker that offers access to this market?
