Can someone give a laymans explanation to what this list is? Is this what is refered to as Naked Shorting or am I down the wrong path? MSEV, a stock I still hold and one that has gotten talked up in a few threads on here, is on the current list.

One of the primary goals of Regulation SHO is to address potential abuses in the practice of naked short selling, which is the act of short selling without actually confirming that shares have been borrowed.

Stocks that are routinely hit by the naked;s are on that list. DNTK is another that is shorted alot.

www.buyins.net is a site that gives more info on this.
