I'm fairly new to stock investing and am curious as to where people acquire their company financial information from? I find sifting through 200+ page annual reports on sec.gov or companieshouse.gov a massive pain, especially when they are in PDF format and i don't really know where I should be looking. Ideally I would like revenue and profit reports on a quarterly basis in a fairly simple format. As a side note, yahoo finance seem to provide near enough exactly what i'm after. However they only show figures for the past 4 years, the earlier 2 and a half of which you cant break down quarterly. Anyone know why this is, have I missed something?
