For the year, revenue increased to $14,673,658 (U.S.) from $10,699,117 (U.S.) the previous year, and the corporation recorded a net profit of $623,884 (U.S.) in comparison to $541,808 (U.S.) the previous year. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization for the year was recorded at $1,028,094 (U.S.) or approximately $1.35-million. Christopher Way, chief executive officer, states: "The annual results reflect another solid performance from the corporation's majority owned subsidiary, Southern Coal.
