Grains futures were higher or flat Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for September delivery jumped 23.25 cents to $6.3550 a bushel; December corn rose 15.75 cents to $6.1250 a bushel; December oats were unchanged at $3.53 a bushel; while November soybeans rose 5.50 cents to $13.18 a bushel.
