RMBS looking real good i may add if it gets thru 12 and keep an eye on xing just hit 10.75

At first glance at RMBS it looked to me like a steal! Close today at $11.68 U.29 and its 52 week high at $46.98. But thanks to Cramer... I began my homework.

Several class action lawsuits have been filed against them on backdating options and then yesterday their EX-CEO (1990-2005) Geoff Tate is resigning from the company's board of directors because he feels this is best for the company while Rambus resolves their issues.

They still have not released their Q2 earnings report.

All this and the stock goes up today??

There about 200 other tech stocks in the same boat with those options. Look at brcm 22 to 30 plus and same problem look at aapl same problem even talk of delisting aapl by the nasd which they won't do. Looks like this was common among tech stocks and now they will have to pay up. But many of these stocks have been cut in half or more like brcm and rmbs just looks like a good tech rally to me and money moving out of energy stocks. Look for 15 on rmbs imo

RMBS hod 11.97 looks to blow thru 12 Has options. Watch XING if it gets thru 11.45 and should have news tomorrow or next week on 2nd qtr earnings. SRGG 1.20 after hiting 1.25 looks like it could run again if we get some volume. MRVL and RIMM looking good too
