STSI - A dying stock

So after failing to produce a reasonable quarter, and admitting sales will continue to be down this stock bascially dies. Anyone think this one will ever fill the gap? I personally have my doubts, but it came up on my scan of stocks with a RSI below 30 and I thought I would see what everyone else thinks.

Looks like a MACD divergence. MACD is curling up and the stock is still dropping. I will be keeping this one on my radar. Been stuck at 0.76 for a while now. Maybe it can break out in the next few days.
