I enjoy homework and research, but I found over the past year my Bookmarks had become unwieldy, so I have started on a year long project of picking out the best and putting them in one location, which you may see in my signature below

It is a year long project, because I am collecting rather generic insights by the month, beginning with December, so, for example, in Dec 07 I can refresh myself in November what to expect

If you use a FREE site often, I would appreciate learning of the site and why this site is unique...For example, I have found only zacks.com offers the PEG ratio (I do not like Yahoo's way), while another site shows Earning Reports Due in a long list rather than tabbed by the day of the week, so I can do a quick scan to see if a stock I like has a Earning Report coming

As a FREE reader, I expect promotional literature, but NOT spam from a site, if I must register...I provide a way around this issue, by the way

Just today I have discovered homework forums here on this forum, which I intend to start using

How about free live nymex quotes for your energy section? They make you register, but I have not recieved any spam from them so far.

I am still learning with Google Web Page Developer--Does this blame company know no shame?! :) It is amazingly simple to develop a page, but what I am having a problem is not creating a web site full of crud, as had my Bookmarks become and why one day it dawned on me to put the best out there in one place and after a year I might have something actually useable since I love both research and homework

I am going back a year and rereading Cramer recaps for his Wisdom, not stocks, because I certainly want just this in one spot--His stocks picks I am luke warm on

Google offers a live feed on the latest oil price as a Gadget--what Google calls "Add Ons"

I am sure developers will soon have more market Gadgets -- I will go back on an Energy Page doing just what you suggest ASAP

Your suggestion has set me to thinking...I wonder how easy it would be to develop my own Gadget...Knowing Google, it will make it easy...Like I said, this blame company is positively shameless at what it offers for free and easy to use, to boot, and since I love FREEEEEEEE-E, I will feast away
