Shares of online movie rental service Netflix Inc. jumped in extended trading Monday, after its third-quarter sales and profit beat Wall Street's expectations on continued subscriber growth.
The Los Gatos, Calif.-based company's shares added $3.17, or 13.7 percent, to $26.25 in aftermarket electronic trading. They closed the regular session up 84 cents, or 3.8 percent, at $23.08 on the Nasdaq.
Netflix also boosted its fourth-quarter 2006 sales and earnings outlook, saying it expects to have at least 6.3 million subscribers at the end of the year. It ended the third quarter with 5.7 million total subscribers, up 58 percent from the prior-year period.

Cramer sees the value in Netflix (NFLX)
While most analysts were recommending this stock, Cramer called it a sell on several occasions. "I got this so completely wrong," he said. Cramer now believes Netflix is a buy at $27.37.

It's not too late to get in, NFLX is still a buy up to $30 IMO.
