First off, your new email beta is sooooooooooo sluggggggggish

Next, embrace the Google spare look, as ask.com did

Companies worth buying:

To jazz up “My Yahoo” (and your RSS newsreader) consider buying:
http://www.netvibes.com/

For music, take a look-see at: http://pandora.com/

http://www.copernic.com/ has 4 great products—Its Summarizer once discovered would put a winner in your corner

A very nice nitch player for your excellent Financial Pages would be http://www.43folders.com/

Oh, you need a Stock Screener on par with MSN’s

Do you have any other suggestions for Yahoo?

Hey, Master Cramer, your suggestion to Yahoo tonite (1Oct06) to buy "rate" still does not address the core problem with Yahoo

Netvibes would make a terrific "My Yahoo"--Use it Netvibes for an hour and see what I mean--Once you get the hang of Netvibes you will love it

Yahoo needs to go the way of ask.com first and accept the Google Look and then move from there to Netvibes for "My Yahoo"

Master Cramer, your 3 suggestions for companies Yahoo should buy came across to me more of 3 companies Google should buy

Yahoo does not need "rate," because Yahoo's has the best Financial Page compared with Google and MSN simply because Yahoo's look of throw everything possible on a web page works best here with Financial stuff--Indeed, Google could use "rate" more than Yahoo, because Google's Finance page is very basic and not that use cf'd to Yahoo and MSN

Knot would be great for Google

Ditto Monster

Yahoo absolutely first must clean up it web search page, because this is the core of Google's financial engine, e.g., not allowing ads--it cleanly gets you into the tent to sell the ads--cf Google's 40 words or so on its initial Search Page to Yahoo's zillion words

Yahoo next must clean up its "My Yahoo" with Netvibes

Finally, Yahoo must speed up its new email look

After this, then Yahoo can focus on acquiring the Knots, etc

BUT FIRST CLEAN UP THE INITIAL STUFF from the "gob" look

YAHOO, GAWD, AT THE RATE GOOGLE IS BUYING YOU AIN'T GONNA HAVE ANYTHING TO BUY, GEEZ!

From WSJ 1Nov06:

"JotSpot Chief Executive Joe Kraus said his company was happy to join Google because "it's really clear they are focusing on letting people collaborate and share and work together online." Google executives are also trying to streamline the number of products the company has, and Mr. Kraus said JotSpot would focus on how to integrate with Google's existing services."

Yahoo, watch my lips: GIVE-GOOGLE-SOME-COM-PE-TIT-ION!!
