A caller to Jim's Real Money Radio Show asked Cramer about Banco Populare (BPOP) and Jim gave it his full endorsement. They agreed that due to rates peaking, financials may have bottomed. Jim continued to say that even though housing mortgage rates are climbing, financials are coming down and this is the time to buy Banco Popular. What other banks do people think are becoming a good value?

Yes, Wells Fargo is one bank. But he is also very bullish on Citibank, Bank of America lately and not too long ago, Commerce Bank. All of these stocks are above $30.00. Are there any small local or regional banks that anyone likes which are below $20.00?

Yeah Cramer liked HUDSON CITY BANCORP INC a while back too. Its under $20 a share.
