Posting charts?

I am very familiar with vBulletin, but cannot find the "manage attachments" button......yet I see people posting charts.....is that not available here?

I just noticed that we had the settings so you couldn't post attachments until your account was approved. This has been fixed. Anyway, your account is approved now so you can post attachments, but this won't be a problem for new members in the future.

Otherwise use another program like photobucket to post charts on here and use the img/ code.
