I have been in PLNI since about August, hopefully you are right and they reease the audit soon.

However, just to warn everyone, this audit has been promised for almost two years now, the management seems to keep missing the deadline that they set.

But overall I like what the company does and they do have great potential IF management follows through on all the plans.

A stock trading @ $0.44/share is going to pay a $1.10/share dividend to shareholders on record March 17th? Am I missing something here?

It's hard to see that dividend happening. I would think the share price would just raise, but if everything that they are saying in there articles are true, then I can see how they can afford it. If this is legitimate, I think you have to load up on it

My guess, the dividend is paid in company stock. If the dividend is paid in this manner, it will only be worht something if the company pays it out of their own holdings, and not through the issue of more common stock.

The company is splitting into three new divisions, so the dividend is basically making up for the money that they take away from you in stocks. The amount is wble to be $1.10, because of the patent that they are filing this week on a new technology. It is a solid stock.

If you buy $400 dollars of stock it will probably be worth only like $200-$300 after the dividend, but they will pay you $1000. Then if you sell your stock, you will end up with $1,200 from a $400 investment. 12,000 from 4,000. 120,000 from 40,000.

My over/under target ... 1-3 days before the ex-dividend date.

I'm not sure how they'll be able to cover the said dividend. I'm just a little skeptical when a company doesn't have any financials and barely moved with the announced dividend. I think that a lot of people will probably wait the last minute to get in, then get rid of the stock after the dividend.

I value Prodigy's suggestion, and putting the information out there for all of us. He just put it out, and asked for opinions. But this other guy (Fighting blah blah blah) just pumps this thing without doing any research or any thought. Or maybe he has, and has put money into it and needs others to be in it with him.

***CNES: Lot's of volume in the past couple of weeks, somethin' brewin' at the CNES camp, more big news to come. Buying a stock at these levels is a thing of beauty when staggering news is released $$$$. Lot's of peeps watchin' and playin' this stock now.

Now it seems AmericanBulls just changed the status from BUY to SELL-IF status, only because of the PPS being down 1.69% today which would have an effect on the candle stick analysis. This has been the pattern for days now at these levels, no worries here folks, big news on the way.

A. yes there will be a dividend. I don't think it will be anything like they say, but it will nonetheless be a hefty sum.
B. One thing everyone has to learn is that there is a lot of "dumb money" (what Cramer says, refering to those who do little or no reasearch). In my opinion, after the story of this company gets published in the magazine, which it will this week (article on yahoo), a lot of "dumb money" will get pumped into the stock. In a small cap stock like this, that could artificially drive the stock up a good deal. If you don't trust the dividend, you could always dump just after it does.


One thing everybody needs to know is how to anticipate the dumb money. It can either make or break a stock. I myself bought apple at $49, saw the cracking at 80, sold and watched it become way to oversold (by profit takers, and then oversold by worried "dumb money") then I got back in at 65. Calculate that gain before you say I do no reasearch.

I hope you are right. I have been waiting for this audit since july. If they get this done and then get uplisted you are right, we will see a nice spike.

I only have a handfull of shares of PLNI, if they get their act together and it does pop, it would pay for my cruise and then some :D

That was an ad PLNI took out in IBD back in the summer.

They are scheduled to be at the Small Cap Expo at the AMEX today, I have an email into the organizer of the event to confirm that PLNI is still a go for today, they have a history of missing expos and conferences.

So far I have not heard anything back.

PLNI finished the day strong, candle stick (chart) analysis looks good. I recommend, to who ever may be interested, to get in this stock now! This trend of upward activity should continue for a few more days, with some light profit taking along the way of course. Lot's of investors are holding on for the long-term, this stock will be a dollar in the near future, mark my words. This company is lookin' to upgrade to the OTC from Pinksheets which would be great for the stock. Be on the look out for some major news possibly tomorrow or next week on excellant financials (which are due anyday), more contracts and news on progress of major share buyback program! PLNI better do a major share buy back if they are going to hit your $1 price target. Look at the 3.7 BILLION shares outstanding and a float of 2.3 BILLION. I know they may have good finacials, if they ever get the audit done, but no way IMO would they warrent that kind of market cap. I mean I could be wrong and off base here, but thats a lot of cash for a comany with a history that no one really knows about.

But as a shareholder of PLNI, may your $1 price target go from your lips to God's ear!:D

PLNI - This will be another huge play this year, so don't sleep. PLNI is expected to release big news anyday now! The bottom is $0.0056-$0.0060 range, any solid news would send this thing to the moon! Just watch, easy double from here. The candle stick chart looks excellant. On Thursday the stock concluded the day with a 'spinning top' which signalled an indecision, but on Friday the chart concluded the day with a 'dragonfly doji' which usually signals a market turning point. Up from here boys, get in if your not already in, big news expected anyday now.

CNES - This will be a very interesting stock to watch for next week. The PPS closed at it's high for the day ($0.0005) which is excellant, from here we go up! A good time to get in here would be now! This price area is the bottom no doubts. A PR is expected to be released on March 7, and I believe people are settin' up for it. This could very well be a big play within the next 2weeks, possible 150-200% minimum gain here IF ya get in now! This could be big since the bottom is where the PPS is chillen right now. CNES Entire Network Product Line FCC Approved!! Now if they can just get that MDMA approval, WOOWEE!! this thing will fly like Mike!! Sorry man, got excited lol. So yea, I would recommend gettin' in on this one ASAP! I am holding this one, only because of the fact that this company is just gettin' started so what is there to lose?? Throw a K in, or whatever you feel like, lay back and relax. Good potential for some massive gains in the near future, it will just take a little patience, in the meantime just keep workin' on other solid plays.
