China Mobile

When I look up the symbol for China Mobile I get two symbols; CHLKF.PK and CHL. What's the difference?

I'm assuming that the CHL (the newer one) is out of being a pinksheet (CHLKF.pk) but same company with different ticker. That means that China Mobile is now has to abide by the regulations (ie SEC).
