Am I missing something? How can Marathon stock drop so much on the cost of crude oil when they drill all over for black gold?. Profits are down compared to what?. Gasoline is the biggest rip-off right now in U.S. history. $3.00 plus a gallon isnt good enough?. Do these companys get bashed out of shear bull-shit?. From news and stock publications?. Wall Street and Main street?. At $47.00 and some change are they worth buying more stock or get the hell out?. I dont understand how a company making billions of dollars turns around and screws investors out of dividends and post lower profits. While the upper management is way over payed. Give it time, the price of oil went down due to US economic fears and OPEC announcing they are gonna keep production steady. In the oil business things change rapidly and tomorrow may bring news that shoots it up 3%.
And yes this is Bush's world, they have the guns and the money, hop in the sidecar and let them drive.
