Upgraded the forum to a very stable beta 3 release - let me know if you experience any problems.
Tags are now at the end of every thread so you can help categorize everything to make it easier to find later.

I like the old page better when you view a person's profile, imo.
Easier to access previous posts/treads made by that person, or personal messaging them.

This is one of the unfinished parts of the beta 3 - the profile pages will be user customizable, and the current version is just temporary. Should fix the problems you mention (I hope).

Hmm...just noticed, was our email address so readily available as before under the Contact Info tab? I'm scared of Yahoo ! Spiders and etc. picking up our emails and sending spam to them.
(Glad it's my old email address already filled with countless spam.)

Edit: I have no option to hide it either, tried entering a fake email address, but you have to verify it.

Thanks for the heads up, I replaced mine with a throw away address. That is a gaping security hole in this upgrade, especially with at least one confirmed e-mail hijacker on the forum.

Thierry, I urge you to change this ASAP, our e-mails should not be on the profile page unless specific permission is granted. That's a serious problem.
I believe I elected to hide my email address when initially joining, and still wish this to be the case.

Delete my entire profile.
You attack me (Thierry) and then proceed with something more irresponsible than "sensitivity"
I see you and KTHOM have viewed my page?
Delete this acount now.
Glad i used my junk mail account! Too many nutz on this board to be ruining my main one, lol.

Same here Reef! After what happened to TonyM. I would not have my primary email posted here! Although some trusted members have my primary email, this is given on a one by one basis to members I feel are trust worthy.

Sorry everybody, it has been fixed. There were over 700 changes in the software, and because of the way the changes were made in the administration control panel the emails had to be made secure in a different (and more secure) way than before. The default was to show the emails. Now it is like it was before, each user can choose to receive emails at a normal email address or through the private message form, and your email is never displayed to anyone if it is the latter choice.
Thanks Thierry, I appreciate it!
