Hello,

I appreciate the help I got last time, so I have returned for a question about some charts I'm interested in from Barron's.
I've attached the chart I am looking at. In particular, I am trying to understand the difference between Global Short Term Rates and the U.S. Treasury Yield Curve.

The Global Short Term Rates, in this chart, are tracking the 3 month rates for Euro, Sterling, US Dollar and Yen. What confuses me is that the 3 month US Dollar rate in the Global Short Term Rates chart's latest value is around 5%, but in the U.S. Treasury Yield Curve, the 3 month rate is only around 3.8%. Are these numbers supposed to be this far apart? Is there any relation between them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!
