MIDLAND, Texas----Clayton Williams Energy, Inc. reported a net loss attributable to Company stockholders for the second quarter of 2009 of $38.6 million, or $3.18 per share, as compared to a net loss of $21.2 million, or $1.75 per share, for the second quarter of 2008.
