Chartfilter has dozens of built-in stock market filters, screens and scans (http://www.chartfilter.net) and is free for 14 days.

Morningstar.com
stockcharts.com
stockfetcher.com
cnbc.com used to have a good one.
barrons.com has a terrible scanner.
Your online broker may have a good scanner.

Try www.dojispace.com (http://www.dojispace.com). We offer free stock screening base on technical indicators such as Candlestick, Macd, Moving average, Stochastic and more. It is easy to use, no register needs.

Go to stockfetcher.com and on the top navigation bar click "SF 2.0".
It'll bring up a java window where you can customize your filters AND see ALL of the stocks it brings back unlike the regular SF site.

I like http://www.dojispace.com for technical analysis screener, google finance (http://www.google.com/finance) for fundamental analysis, and stockchart for charting.
